Muttress Slim Covers

They were very responsive and assisted me when the delivery rider was rude to me. The only thing I would suggest improving is tracking status I wish there was some way to see it on the website if it's being made or if its scheduled to be delivered next day and when it's out for delivery. Just so we know when we have to have someone wait for it .

I've bought a couple time at bow house at pet fairs this is my first time trying thru the website. The quality of their beds are great for my furbaby.

Haven’t seen any pet bed brands in the market which offers removable and replaceable covers! We will always buy from Bowhouse for as long as we need to.

I have been wanting to buy a BowHouse bed for our dog since July last year. I finally bought this December as a Christmas gift, justifying the product and delivery cost with the good reviews I’ve seen of their products, and the products look of really good quality. I got the muttress and an extra cover. We got it Jan 4 and it’s now Jan 17.

Unfortunately and disappointingly, it has not withstand our doggo’s digging and biting (see picture). I changed the cover to this one just about 4 days ago.

I really loved the quality of the product when it first arrived and was proud to have given our doggo such a nice bed. Hopefully the other cover lasts longer.

Plus sides: covers are easy to wash and fast to dry, it’s easy to change covers, the covers and muttress/pillow inside is waterproof (our dog peed on it the 2nd night, and his pee did not get in the foam) and I think their cover designs look really cool
