Returns/Exchanges

Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery date for full product credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred in the return and exchange process.

If your Bow House product is faulty from workmanship or materials, please let us know. We will need to evaluate the product to ensure that it is faulty and not damaged through wear and tear. If an item is deemed to be faulty we may repair or replace depending on the situation.
